About the Role
As Training Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of our training division, managing course scheduling, client bookings, and instructor logistics to ensure smooth delivery of all training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions across multiple locations
- Manage client bookings, confirmations, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate instructor availability and travel arrangements
- Maintain training records and certification databases
- Handle enquiries via phone and email professionally
- Prepare training materials and course documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
