- EFAST EMS Ltd (Medical Department)

Emergency Fire & Safety Training Ltd
Overview
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to offer flexibility where possible while ensuring we can deliver high-quality training.
Quick Summary
- Free substitutions up to 24 business hours before your course
- Rescheduling available (conditions apply)
- Partial refunds depending on notice period
- No refunds for late cancellations or non-attendance
Cancellations by Clients

Rescheduling
- Free with 72+ hours notice
- Within 72 hours — subject to availability
- One reschedule allowed per booking
Substitutions
- Free up to 24 business hours before the course start
- Substitute must meet any relevant course requirements
Onsite Training
For onsite (in-company) training bookings, the above cancellation terms apply to the full quoted amount.
Cancellation by EFAST
In the rare event that EFAST needs to cancel a scheduled course, we will offer you a reschedule or alternative course option. Additional discounts will apply:
- Within 72 hours: 10% discount on the rescheduled course
- Within 48 hours: 15% discount on the rescheduled course
Part 2: Medical Services
Patient Transfers & Event Cover — EFAST EMS Ltd
Patient Transfer Services
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, or before 6:00 PM on the day prior to the scheduled transfer, will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled transfer will be charged in full.
Event Medical Cover

Changes to Scope
- Changes to event scope or transfer details must be communicated in advance
- Changes may affect pricing
Cancellation by EFAST
If EFAST EMS must cancel a booked service, a full refund or suitable alternative will be provided.
